Mission
To catalyze leadership through the integration of spiritual truth, creative expression and serving with integrity - empowering leaders to advance systems of restorative justice.
Vision

Values
-
A universal and or personal belief, thus, the core from which all belief and value systems stem from that feed our ways of being and living.
We are the truth in all we do. We shall do our best to live authentically and in alignment with these values.
-
Selfless action and intention.
We aim to be of service when possible. We give what we can, mindfully, from a full cup.
-
A combination of experience, knowledge, complete understanding and or skill in or of a particular subject.
We aim first for continuous mastery of the self. All else will fall into place through continuous practice and study. -
What one does and says when no one is watching, when no one is there to give support or validation. No one to offer acknowledgement but the self, the universe, ancestors, guides, spirits, angels, saints and nature.
We aim to do what is right. When we are wrong, we make it right.
-
The continuous process of creating, ideating and developing products and solutions that serve our communities.
We aim to continuously pour out to our communities in alignment with our values.
-
Bringing balance to our systems, institutions and communities in a way that honors and uplifts the contributions of the global majority.
We begin with the self, expanding from the micro to the macro, with a slow and steady approach, that is sustainable.

Born and raised on Tataviam, Vanyume, Nuwu, Serrano, Kawaiisu and Kitanemuk land (The Antelope Valley located on the outskirts of Los Angeles County, California).
Part of my lineage is Mexican, from baja california, in Tijuana, and Indigenous from the northern, semi-nomadic, warrior Chichimeca tribe of Zacatecas. -
I've spent 12 years immersed in personal healing and transformation, with 8 years of hands-on practice guiding others, and 4 years running my own business.
My journey began in my mid-twenties when grappling with suicide ideation, depression and anxiety in silence catalyzed a profound awakening. That experience set me on a path of deep personal and spiritual exploration—I started therapy, studied human movement through a sports medicine program, and committed to self-inquiry and healing.
A few years later, yoga, meditation, and a plant-based lifestyle became central to my practice. While working at UC San Diego, I had a pivotal realization: my path was meant to go beyond the conventional. I took a leap, left my job, and deepened my studies.
My first business integrated meditation, corrective movement, and holistic wellness coaching, but my spirit had not been fully acknowledged and appreciated. So, I began traveling, offering readings to family and friends, and using astrology to shape both my personal and professional evolution.
Then came 2020. I enrolled in the Inner MBA for Mindfulness in Business through New York University and Sounds True, a nine-month intensive that expanded my spiritual foundation and shifted my approach to both life and work. That experience led me to close my business, leave the country, and reconnect with my ancestral roots.
Over time, my practice evolved organically. Tarot and Human Design became integral tools in my client work and business strategy, leading me to launch tarot workshops in 2022—a natural extension of the guidance I had already been offering.
Today, I help leaders navigate life's most pivotal transitions with a grounded, holistic approach that blends intuitive insight with practical strategy.
