Mission

Empowering leaders toward transformative growth and expansion through spiritual practice, creative expression and service.

Vision

To form a stable foundation that enables and inspires future generations to expand outside current structures of injustice and oppression.

Values

  • A universal and or personal belief, thus, the core from which all belief and value systems stem from that feed our ways of being and living.

We are the truth in all we do. We shall do our best to live authentically and in alignment with these values.

  • Selfless action and intention.

We aim to be of service when possible. We give what we can, mindfully, from a full cup.

  • A combination of experience, knowledge, complete understanding and or skill in or of a particular subject.

We aim first for continuous mastery of the self. All else will fall into place through continuous practice and study.

  • What one does and says when no one is watching, when no one is there to give support or validation. No one to offer acknowledgement but the self, the universe, ancestors, guides, spirits, angels, saints and nature.

We aim to do what is right. When we are wrong, we make it right.

  • The continuous process of creating, ideating and developing products and solutions that serve our communities.

We aim to continuously pour out to our communities in alignment with our values.

  • Bringing balance to our systems, institutions and communities in a way that honors and uplifts the contributions of the global majority.

We begin with the self, expanding from the micro to the macro, with a slow and steady approach, that is sustainable.
